Why I Created This Toolkit

I made this because I needed it myself.

For years, boundaries felt like a mystery to me.


I thought it was a matter of confidence, or of knowing exactly what to say.

So I studied “assertive communication.” I collected confidence tips. I scoured the internet for scripts. Meanwhile, guilt, self-doubt, and fear kept my people-pleasing patterns locked in place.

Which only made the self-doubt worse. It was a vicious cycle.

One day, I got curious: What if I applied my own Boldness Recipe to this confounding skill?

Even though setting boundaries felt uncomfortable, I knew I wanted to honor myself.
